Challenge

The client wanted to strengthen customer loyalty and boost repeat visits by launching a mobile app. A key technical requirement was integrating the app with the restaurant’s existing POS system – this included a custom API integration specifically adapted to the client’s internal setup.

Additionally, from a business perspective, the app was part of a broader initiative in the hospitality and tourism sector. The goal was to attract and retain local guests outside the peak tourist season in order to support year-round staffing and reduce seasonal turnover.
